Joinery Estimator
REQ-2026-29604We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator with experience of 6/8 yrs, UAE experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will handle both pre-tender and post-tender activities & ensuring accurate costing.
Key Responsibilities
• Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Prepare comparative analyses and detailed costing sheets
• Manage tender documentation
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Accounts teams
Requirements
• Experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery works, mass production line
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, estimation, BOQs, and tendering
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
Joinery Draftsman
REQ-2026-29601Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare detailed joinery and millwork shop drawings for interior fit-out projects.
2. Develop production drawings for custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, counters, and wall panelling.
3. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project managers.
4. Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
5. Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
6. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and manufacturing standards.
7. Support factory and installation teams with technical clarifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in joinery drafting within the Joinery, Fit-out, or Furniture Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD
3. Diploma in Drafting, or related field.
4. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
