- Manage and oversee joinery and fit-out projects from planning through to completion.
- Handle projects involving both mass joinery production and site fit-out execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production teams, procurement and site teams.
- Monitor project scope, programme, manpower, materials, quality and costs.
- Ensure timely production, delivery, installation and project handover.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications and production requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
- Strong experience in joinery mass production / factory operations AND interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, production teams and site installation activities.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, shop drawings and fit-out execution.
- Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Joinery Production Manager

- Manage and oversee the complete Joinery Production & Factory Operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Supervise production teams, manpower, machinery and workshop activities.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage and production costs.
- Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, QA/QC and Site Teams.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement within the factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- 15–20 years of total experience, with strong experience in Joinery Production / Manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing large-scale joinery factory operations.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials and machinery.
- UAE/GCC experience in Joinery / Furniture / Fit-out industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, production planning and team management skills.
Technical Coordinator – Joinery
REQ-2026-29602The Technical Coordinator – Joinery manages the technical documentation, submittal, and RFI workflows for joinery projects, acting as the central coordination point between the design team, workshop, site, consultant, and client. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of technical information to support uninterrupted project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of all joinery shop drawings, material submittals, sample approvals, and mock-up sign-offs.
• Coordinate the RFI (Request for Information) process: prepare, distribute, track, and ensure timely resolution of all technical queries.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and interior designers to obtain drawing and material approvals within programme timelines.
• Maintain and update the technical drawing register, submittal log, and RFI tracker for all active projects.
• Coordinate between the Draftsman, Project Engineer, and workshop to ensure drawings are production-ready and approved before fabrication commences.
• Review shop drawings for completeness and compliance with contract specifications before submission.
• Prepare technical reports, transmittals, and meeting minutes for all technical coordination meetings.
• Support the Project Manager with technical risk identification and resolution.
• Manage document control processes in compliance with project and company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 5–9 years of technical coordination experience in UAE/GCC joinery, fit-out, or interior contracting.
• Strong understanding of joinery fabrication and installation processes and drawing production workflows.
• Proficiency in document management systems (Aconex, Procore, or equivalent) and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
